In this example, the driver was listed as iqvw64e.sys, and research suggested this was linked to some Intel network monitoring app. However, no such app was installed, and further investigation showed it was used by an outdated Dell Support Assistant app on the machine. Simply removing that app – or you could uninstall and reinstall the latest if you actually want to use it – and a reboot did the trick.
